We ship orders from Germany using reliable parcel and freight carriers. Available shipping methods, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination, order size and product availability.

Delivery times

Items marked as immediately available are usually dispatched within the delivery time stated on the product page. For larger equipment, pallet shipments or installations, we will confirm the delivery details separately.

EU-wide delivery

Delivery is available to the countries offered during checkout. For destinations or large B2B orders that are not available online, please contact us at info@nodu-europe.com for an individual quotation.

Tracking and transport damage

Where available, tracking information is sent after dispatch. Please inspect the shipment on delivery and document any visible transport damage with the carrier.
