If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable period. Further details and exclusions are provided in the cancellation policy. Customised goods, opened consumables and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons may be excluded where permitted by law.

Return condition

Please return products complete, securely packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
