We provide a safe and healthy working environment, identify risks and take preventive measures. We use energy and resources responsibly, avoid waste where possible and comply with applicable environmental and product-safety requirements.
4. Fair competition and anti-corruption
We compete fairly and comply with competition and antitrust law. Bribery, corruption, kickbacks and improper advantages are prohibited. Gifts and hospitality may be accepted or offered only when reasonable, transparent and not intended to influence a business decision.
5. Data, confidentiality and company assets
Personal data, confidential information, intellectual property and company assets are protected against misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information is processed only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
6. Responsible business relationships
We expect suppliers and business partners to uphold equivalent standards. Selection and purchasing decisions are based on objective criteria such as quality, reliability, sustainability, compliance and commercial suitability.
