The HAUSCOOK FCH-D220 M3 is a fully automatic instant ramen cooker built for professional use in self-service stations, convenience stores, Asian food shops, supermarkets and university cafeterias. Induction heating, an integrated 4-stage water filter and infrared bowl detection keep operation hygienic and staff-free.
The M3 cooks ramen bags only, using three fixed memory programs — ideal when a simple, tightly guided operating concept is preferred. As the official HAUSCOOK distributor, NODU GmbH ships the M3 directly from Moers and supports installation by phone and video call.

A closer look
Induction hob
The tempered glass-ceramic hob heats compatible paper bowls and stainless steel pots to cooking temperature in just 40 seconds. Infrared bowl detection starts cooking automatically as soon as a bowl is placed on it.
Anti-condensation fan
The fan beneath the water outlet actively blows the steam generated while cooking away from the machine. This reduces mould formation and keeps continuous operation more hygienic.
Access to the 4-stage water filter
The back of the machine is closed off by a housing cover secured with four standard Phillips screws. Behind it sits the HAUSCOOK water filter set (3-piece), which forms the internal 4-stage filter and is replaced on a regular schedule.
Compact dimensions for any location
At 41 cm high, 49 cm long and 23 cm wide, the ramen cooker fits on any kitchen counter, sales counter or cooking station setup.
Ready for self-service operation
The included container guide holds paper bowls securely in place on the hob — ideal for unattended self-service use in convenience stores and cafeterias.

Frequently asked questions
Is installation or setup complicated?
No. The unit connects via a standard European plug and runs on a fixed water connection or in tank mode with our water pump and canister. Phone and video support are included; on-site installation can be booked for a surcharge.
Does it work with a fixed water connection or only in tank mode?
Both are possible. For a fixed connection we supply a matching hose set and adapter; without one, the unit also runs with our external water pump and a fresh-water canister.
Is the accessory range compatible with other or older models?
Yes, paper bowls, stainless steel pots, water filters and connection parts work across the whole HAUSCOOK FCH-D220 family (M3, MULTI, M6/PC).
How much maintenance does it need in daily use (incl. limescale filter)?
The integrated 4-stage filter is replaced every 6–12 months. It does not remove limescale — for continuous operation in hard-water regions we also recommend the NODU AquaPro limescale filter.
What warranty applies to this product?
The statutory 1-year warranty applies, plus a 14-day right of return.
Can I buy on invoice with a business account, and are there volume discounts?
