Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, NODU GmbH, Olof-Palme-Str. 1, 51371 Leverkusen, Germany, info@nodu-europe.com, telephone +49 151 64310985, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Online withdrawal function: You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function. If you use this online function, we will promptly provide confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as by email, including information about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, this cost is EUR 89.90. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
