Shipping & Delivery
Exact shipping costs are calculated during checkout from the basket and shipping address. The shipping engine compares available parcel and pallet rates.

Parcel shipping with DPD or DHL
Parcel-compatible orders are calculated automatically for DPD and DHL. The engine selects the lowest available rate for the destination country, weight and number of packages. Suitable small items are consolidated where possible; heavy or safety-critical items receive separate packages.
Pallet shipping with DSV
Available DSV contract rates can be calculated automatically for Germany, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden. Parcel shipping remains available for other EU countries. For pallet-relevant baskets, customers can additionally submit a non-binding pallet shipping quote request.
Collection in Moers
By appointment, you may collect your order free of charge from our warehouse in Moers. Select ‘Collection’ during checkout.
Shipping countries
The shop supplies all 27 EU Member States. Parcel prices are calculated through DPD or DHL depending on the destination. If no automatic pallet rate is available, this does not block available parcel shipping.
