How often does the filter set need replacing?
Stages 1 and 2 after approx. 6,000 litres or 6 months, stages 3 and 4 after approx. 12,000 litres or 1 year — whichever comes first.
Does this set replace a limescale filter?
No. The internal 4-stage filter does not remove limescale. For continuous operation in hard-water regions we also recommend the NODU AquaPro limescale filter.
What warranty applies to this product?
The statutory 1-year warranty applies, plus a 14-day right of return.
